1. Green tea

Green tea and other tea varieties contain polyphenolic compounds with catechins. Catechins are natural antioxidants found in plants that get absorbed by the gastrointestinal tract and have been proven to prevent gastrointestinal disorders.(3)
2. Water with lemon or cucumber
Pep up your water with a slice or two of lemon. This adds variety to your drink and tastes amazing. Lemons stimulate your metabolism as the acid helps break down food. 5. Pineapple frappé
